The Black Panel writes: Anarchy Reigns is the big new, beefy brawler on the block. Sixteen different super powered characters (not including DLC) are available to tear through a city full of enemies and environments. Its loud, brash and certainly delivers on the titular anarchy. The campaign is short, so the multiplayer is where its at, but only if you can find friends and/or strangers to play with. If you can, youll soon be seeing your physician about those finger calluses.
